Second Date ("we") helps you write better dating messages. This explains what we store and why. Questions: hello@seconddate.me.

what we store

Your email address (from Google sign-in). The conversations you paste and the replies we generate, saved so you can revisit and continue them. You can delete any chat in the app at any time, and it is removed. Usage and billing data (via Stripe) to run your subscription. Basic anonymous product analytics (which steps people reach).

who processes it

We use trusted processors to run the service: Supabase (database and sign-in, EU region), Anthropic (the AI model that reads your message to write a reply), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in). We never sell your data.

your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data (GDPR/AVG). Delete individual chats yourself in the app; for full account deletion, email hello@seconddate.me and we remove everything tied to your account.

retention

Chats stay until you delete them or close your account. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.

cookies

Only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.
